The Shift
For years, I led large-scale transformations, as a senior consulting leader at a global consulting firm. The kind of big changes that look great on paper but rise and fall on the people making them happen. Over time, I realized the most meaningful change doesn’t come from new systems or strategies; it comes from the moments when people choose to show up differently.
That realization and a few big chapters of change in my own life, inspired me to start my own practice. Today, I help others navigate change, with honesty, courage, and a willingness to grow through it, not just get through it.
The Work
I’m not interested in quick fixes or surface-level change. The work I do goes deeper, helping people reconnect with what matters, face what’s been holding them back, and move forward in a way that actually lasts.
I’ve lived through my own seasons of change … climbing the corporate ladder, questioning what was next, and balancing personal challenges while trying to keep it all together. Those experiences taught me what real growth feels like: uncomfortable, humbling, and ultimately freeing.
That perspective shapes how I coach, facilitate, and speak. I bring equal parts honesty and empathy, depth and practicality, blending what I’ve learned through years of transformation work with what I’ve lived as a human navigating change myself.
Because real leadership, and real change, start from the inside out.
The Heart
At the center of everything I do is a simple belief: people are capable of more than they realize, especially when they have the space, support, and courage to see themselves clearly.
Change isn’t easy, but it’s always possible. Whether it’s a leader finding their voice, a team rebuilding trust, or someone choosing a new direction in life, I’ve seen what happens when people step into that work with honesty and heart.
That’s why I do this, to help people move through change in ways that feel meaningful, not mechanical, and to remind them that growth isn’t about having all the answers … it’s about being willing to begin.
